WEBSITE ARCHIVE!

for some reason, ever since i was a kid, i always wanted to make a website. I remember, as a kid, going into like wix or something and making my "blog" ( it was a countdown page. ) part of this was probably because i was REALLY on scratch but whatever. i even went so far as to having my mom put me into an online html coding class, in which all i actually did was code "hello world" because holy shit. i hate online classes. so damn much. always have, always will.

ANYWAY flash forward to like? 2022/23-ish? ( i believe this website was my first? ) I find neocities and am immediately like "oh shit. i have to do ts RIGHT NOW", where i end up making a bunch of prototype websites. i have no idea the actual chronological order. or dates. just a general idea. so uhh here we go

(this list doesn't include the like 15 sites i made on website creators in like 2020. i didn't code those, they dont count.)

i am. some percent sure that these 2 were the same site as they have a similar form and the same colors. what i think happened is i made the first attempt on boxboxhtml, realized i didn't know what the fuck i was doing, then redid/revamped it on my own

this one is actually an improvement, it has an actual sidebar (which scrolls with it, which is cool) except its really bare and i can. kind of tell what i was doing with it? not very much though. I also have no idea why i liked marquee so much it shows up in so many of my old codes?? like default marquee kind of sucks butt but oh well whatever i wanted to do ig

this one is very cute!! i had this one for a while, it used to have little keroppi decorations in the boxes but they got lost :c i dont. even know why its keroppi themed. my favorite has literally always and forever been chococat?? ( i also lovveee sugarbunnies !! sanrio character ranking list soon trust!!!)

probably the only one in this list which i would still be willing to use!! probably because it was like. actually themed and has a purpose. probably will eventually end up adding something to serve the same purpose it was supposed to onto here at sum point.

the main problem with this one is that its ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE (low taper fade...) now, I don't code with mobile compatibility in mind. at all. BUT this site does at least somewhat work if you zoom out. this one would 100% not work. at all. and like its big even on my giant ass monitor and i KNOW i didn't code this for my current monitor so?? wtf was i on?? atleast it has a 404 page! it has the ticket machine audio in the background i think that is beautiful i love this 404 page. ( i just realized my site doesn't have one OOPS ) it also has a cool status cafe theme that i remember spending AGEEESS on. overall this site is p cool but also p nonfunctional. compatibility is important guys!!

this one was used for the base for my current website, I coded most of this in my digital art class last year bc i had finished the current project early :P (i hated that class. the teacher sucked (made me cry MULTIPLE times) but shes gone now!! everyone cheers)

this one never got finished. you can definitely see the shape of this one in my current one which is cool. what i want to talk about though is why the HELL i named it after my LEAST FAVORITE fraggle rock episode. like geniunely this episode pisses me the fuck off purely because Mokey decides to say the most HETERONORMATIVE BULLSHIT in this damn episode. like the line is literally "omg your new friend is a girl youre in love" like WHAT THE FUCK?????? sigh its ok guys... i love wembley hes so me!! trans icon fr

previous versions of this theme! all of them are on codepen so we will have to rely on go back one page button like we did with the keroppi site! they are slightly broken though bc codepen doesn't load in my font, they also might be missing a few images/images have been modified, and they aren't the final versions of the site version.
